While studying, I gained practical experience as a personal trainer and fitness manager. This real-world work confirmed the need to integrate mind and body for true health. After graduation in 2004, I spent years traveling and working in countries like Australia, Turkey, and Switzerland. This global exploration exposed me to diverse fitness cultures, solidifying my belief that wellness is about mind, body, and spirit. I saw a common thread: stress and lack of balance were universal challenges. This experience planted the seed for an idea: a way to reach a broader audience with holistic guidance.

My early experiments with blogs and online content were challenging—the digital landscape in the early 2000s wasn't ready for holistic wellness, and monetization was difficult. Despite the setbacks, this period taught me invaluable lessons about engaging content, user focus, and building a strong brand—the foundation for Qiii Media.

Navigating the Corporate World: Building Digital Expertise (2012-2023)
In 2012, I transitioned into digital marketing and content creation, focusing on mastering the skills essential for a modern online platform: storytelling, SEO, and e-learning. Working as an online journalist and content marketing manager, I gained crucial expertise in digital strategy and project management.
Simultaneously, I developed Qiii Media as a side project, formally registering it as a trademark in 2014. This period of continued education—which included becoming a certified yoga teacher and completing programs in journalism and digital strategy—honed my vision.
