Sports Science at Ruhr University Bochum gave me a strong foundation in physiology, psychology, and human performance. Early work as a fitness trainer revealed a deeper truth: people struggle less with workouts — and far more with lifestyle, stress, and daily habits.

This insight shaped my evolution into a wellness educator focused on behavior change, not just exercise programming.

Global Experience & Perspective

Living and working in Australia, Turkey, and Switzerland showed me that wellbeing challenges are universal. Across cultures and countries, people are looking for clarity, calm, and practical guidance — not another complicated wellness trend.

Since 2012, I’ve worked in digital roles at Localsearch, Sonova, Büchi Labortechnik, Office World Group, and Kieser Training, specializing in digital content, SEO, UX writing, behavior-driven storytelling, and e-learning.
